Pre-requisites of the "All-Seeing Eye" for Android?

Hi,
I have a quesion about the pre-requisites for the Android version of the "All-Seeing Eye". I have a Samsung J7 phone (Android 9), and now I bought a Teracube 2e (Android 10). On the former, the app is running fine, on the latter I only get a black screen when starting the app. I already uninstalled and re-installed the app after restarting the phone.

Does anyone have an idea, what else I need to install/configure to get the app running on the Teracube phone? It would be great if someone has an idea about this. Thanks!
