[Fixed] Counts for Topics and Posts are incorrect

I noticed today that we apparently have 2590 topics in the General forum. :blink:

Is this left over from all those spam posts a while back? Maybe the counts are still including those for some reason?

I think that you're right.
Kamille have to check this between 2 curses. ;-)

@Kamille :
I suggest :
- 1 batch processing to recount the number of topics in each subforum.
- to improve the [delete] and [move topic] functions to include a modifer for the number of topic according to the concerned subforum.
