US Shipping Info Question

According to the Quartermaster Logistics Twitter, they finished emailing tracking numbers and Fedex has picked up the last of the orders by April 13th. I understand that shipping takes time, and we shouldn't worry about a delivery until the end of the month. However, should everyone expecting a shipment with Wave 1 have received a tracking number by now?
