Insane shipping costs for South Africa

I have been sitting this thread out, but...

For Australia the shipping is unbelievably good, $32 on Rookie plus some extras.

In comparison, the last few CMON kickstarters were around $150 for shipping (which is why I will not go near them with the proverbial 10 foot pole).

Just found 7th continent - any way to purchase (now or in the future)?
