Shipment price to Mexico

Hi,

I just payed for a full gameplay bundle and for the shipment too (it was 120 dls). And I want to order an extra copy for a friend (a rockie pledge), but when I try to do it, it says that I need to pay another 120 dls! Is that correct? And another thing, I only can choose to ship everything in a single wave, is there any way to choose 2 waves, instead of 1?

Yes, this looks like an aweasome game, but I'm still on the fence... 125 dls for shipment is a lot of money
