What happens if you use Think while your Action Deck is empty?

Does it do nothing, because you're asked to take cards from the Action deck? Or can you draw cards one by one from the face-down discard pile? If it's the latter, if you reveal a curse, do you lose?

just answered that on BGG =>

the author answered on French forum (#24 in the thread),

"think" can only draw card from Action Deck, never from the Discard.
if Action deck is empty, it is useless.
