Hi,
On card 371 which is the fish head, we pull it and draw card 358
and 358 asked me to banish card 446 (Green), that will release the "thing" to walk into the room in the north.

so, when we walk to card 446(yellow), it point us to the new card (391) in the north, which is fine.

But, the problem is,
when we are heading to the East -> North(which is card426), the West of that card should be sharing the same room as North of 446 (yellow), when it's pointing to the card(368) as we haven't pull the ring on the fish head/

Now, we have 2 entries for same the room,
from South, we will go in the room391,
from East, we will go in the room368.

Wonder if this is a bug, or a part of the design?

Should we have a yellow card for 426, which is pointing to room 391, and update card 358 which is ask to banish 426(green) as 446(green)?

Maybe the fight should be mandatory, because after the fight you replace number 391 again with 368.

To be fair, 391 does say that the thing is uninterested in you. Falling on your head doesn't appear to be intentional and it isn't mandatory to then fight the thing. Perhaps its purple sludge can transmit vibrations and it thought you were an easy meal (like a bunny rabbit). But when you didn't die from it landing on you it lost interest. So coming into the room from the East, you don't step on the purple sludge and you don't notice him stuck to the ceiling.

Not an error.
You can avoid the slime by not walking under it...
