Missing card in replacement cards pack

I just received my 2nd wave version of the game, including the box of replacement cards.
But on closer inspection one card was missing: A0229 (an exploration card for area VI).

Has anyone else noticed this card missing? I haven't seen any official notifications on this.

It showed up in my set. For what it's worth, my shipment came in on the U.S. container ship and arrived to me about a week ago.
