So my order has one shippment selected. Was this a terrible error, where i won't get the base game till October? If so is there a way to change it?

I don't know about terrible error but yes, you asked to ship everything in October. SP said they're looking into the logistics of setting up a middle wave for people who want to get the base game before October.
